What to expect?

In 24 hours time I will know a lot more than I do now.   This is not some quote but a statement of fact.  Tomorrow I attend the opening night/reception for the Royal Photographic Society 152nd International Print Exhibition.  I haven't got a clue what to expect.  I am assuming that there will be some speeches, congratulations and other such things.   This I am not looking forward to.  What I am looking forward to are the photographs.  Of course I will be thrilled to see my own work hung amongst other people's work.  But it is the other work I will study with great fascination.   From the snippets I have seen it is a wide ranging collection of photographs.  It is exciting but also a bit daunting - and I didn't win one of the prizes.
