The results of the first week of portrait course

Whilst waiting for the windows upgrade to complete I thought I would work on my work from the portrait course I attend this morning. This is a iPhone capture reworked and developed in Brushes on the iPad. The original drawing was made in pen and ink on paper. The original was a reasonable likeness of the model and so this might be but my memory is not what it sued to be so I can't actually confirm this. Anyway, that is beside the point I think that the result is a very interesting drawing/digital image.

As for the course it is really too early to say but the first impressions are very positive. Diane the tutor is very enthusiastic and puts everyone at ease. I hope this continues and this proves to be a very worthwhile course.
